Note
- For properties outside Chennai Corporation limits, the brokerage will be 3% from both buyer and seller.
- Rental commission of one month would be applicable for standard 11 months rental agreements. In case it’s for longer terms, two years and above, 2 months rental would be the commission.
- For joint ventures, 2% of the total proposed constructed value will be the brokerage, from land owner and builder for their respective shares.
- *GST will be additional and would be applicable as per the latest government norms
